NAC Helicopter Training is where every person's dreams become a reality - to spread their wings and learn to fly. From new students to old, we have completed night ratings, Turbine ratings, and trained Private and Commercial pilots, and there are many more still to follow.
Our group of instructors have just gotten bigger and their hard work as cadets have paid off. To our two newly qualified Instructors, Wayne Gevers and Franco van Straten, well done guys, thanks for all your hard work through the years. We wish you lots of safe flying hours! I'm sure our students will enjoy flying with, and learning from you both.
Our annual mountain flying weekend is coming up in August and we are very excited to be going to a new venue, the Cathedral Peak hotel in the Northern Drakensberg. The weekend promises lots of high altitude training, picturesque scenery and many pinnacle landing spots - something not to be missed.
I would like to thank the team for a job well done, we passed our CAA Audit with flying colours! No findings were reported, and our training license has been renewed for yet another year.
